Our Story
Ezzi Property Group was born from a passion for Real Estate that began in college.
While attending school, founder, Marc Abou-Ezzi, became a licensed Real Estate agent, helping fellow students find apartments near campus in the city of Boston. What started as a way to earn commissions quickly became a passion for the industry. Through leasing apartments, touring properties, and working closely with owners and tenants, he developed a deep appreciation for multifamily real estate and continued to buy his first investment property while in college (a small 570 sq ft condo in Lawrence, MA).
That first condo laid the foundation for what would become Ezzi Property Group.
Today, Ezzi Property Group is a vertically integrated Real Estate investment and Management Company with approximately 300 apartment units and over 30 team members focused on acquiring, improving, and operating apartment communities throughout Massachusetts. By bringing Property Management, General Contracting, Facility Maintenance, Cleaning Services and even Dumpster Rental services under one family of companies, we maintain greater control over quality, efficiency, and the resident experience while delivering exceptional service across our portfolio.
